2. How We Use Processing Data (Images & Text)

Your uploaded product images are processed by our advanced AI models strictly for generating optimized listing data. We briefly store these images on our secure servers to embed EXIF tags. We DO NOT use your images to train our AI models, and your data remains entirely yours.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell your personal data. We share necessary data only with highly trusted infrastructure providers (such as secure cloud database hosts and payment processors like PayPal). We never touch or store your raw financial information.

4. Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption in transit and Row Level Security (RLS) in our databases to ensure that your data and listings are only accessible by you. Authentication tokens are securely managed.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use essential cookies necessary to maintain your login session and secure your account. We may use minimalistic analytics to understand feature usage and improve the platform, ensuring all collected analytics are anonymized.

6. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You maintain full control over your data. Depending on your location, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your personal data. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting our support team.

7. Data Retention

We retain your optimized listings and generated data in your dashboard strictly to provide you with a history of your work. If you choose to delete your account, this data will be purged from our active databases.
